I LOVE THE FALL.......AND HORSES.....SIGH.

Just some random pictures I took a few days ago................driving around and enjoying the view out here. Soon, I'm going to take some time to just drive around and capture the world a little bit.......so much going on, so much I'm missing!!!! I love taking pictures........sigh.

Sigh...........my Tony

Okay, so this is Tony and Ashley, his girlie friend........the children of the corn. lol Not really, but that's what I sometimes call my children when they are misbehaving. :)
Tony is off to San Diego again for 9 weeks. He's in his infinetry (did I spell that right?) training where he's taught how to "really kill people"! Well, bad people that is. But I don't have to worry because he told me before he left that he acquired "bullet proof" skin while in bootcamp. Whew! Am I relieved! lol You just gotta love the Marine Corps! But he did promise me also that he will only shoot at people who shoot at him first.......................so I'm good!
But all jokes aside, when you sit down to pray, would you pray for my son and all the other men and women serving our country in the military? It would mean a lot to me and also to them. Am I fretting over my son's life??? Naw......I know who's in charge and no matter what happens, everything will be okay. Besides, bullets always bounce off Superman....didn't you know that? And Tony is my Superman. lol

You Know I Have It Bad When I'm Taking Pictures of Myself!

Okay, so yes, I took some pictures of myself...................I figured if I ever come up missing, my husband wouldn't have any recent pictures of me to post on the telephone poles. Okay, actually I just had my hair done and I thought it was looking cute.......lol. That's probably a little more truthful. But as I was editing these photos, I was also looking a little too CLOSELY! I'm seeing a few "laugh" lines that weren't there before...............sigh. Yes, old age is just around the corner. Lurking and waiting for me. Another thing I noticed, no matter how much I don't like it, is that I look so much like my dad! I'd rather look like my mom. But that's okay, it is something that I can live with. Like it or not. But all in all, I'm glad to be alive, blessed beyond belief, happy as all get out. And that doesn't mean that I have nothing in my life going wrong...........on the contrary my dear, there are always problems knocking on my door. But if I never had any problems, I would never draw closer to the One who gives me peace and happiness. Some times when things are going to "nicely and comfortable" I can forget that I still need Him every single day of my life. And even though I can look at these pictures and be my worst critic, I know that when Jesus looks at me, all He sees is how wonderfully and perfectly I am made after His own image. You see, He Love US so much.........we're not even able to fully understand it.

My Boys!!!!!!!

Okay, these are my boys. :) Not only am I enjoying having my son home for a short time, but I also get to see all "my boys" because of it. I really miss the Halo parties, camping out and paintball missions..............but I'm definitely saving on grocery money now. :)
Yes, they are crazy..........................and yes, they all like girls. lol Thank you, Lord! I love this one! Okay, I told them to just be themselves...................and this is what they did. Hmmmm, disturbing as it is. lol The original four.......................................had these boys over almost every weekend for years!!!!!!! But I'm so proud of them and they have all grown into fine young men. Love my boys!!!!
